Tabby Knight.

I have been coaching in the health and fitness industry for 5 years now. Coaching 1000’s of girls achieve their physique goals. I only work with females and pride myself on my ability to uncover ones true strengths and work through their weaknesses.

I coach all females from those just starting in the industry and finding their feet, women in their later years trying to navigate things like postpartum nutrition and training or even peri-menopause, to girls wanting to compete and hit the stage.

I have aspirations to continue growing my community with like minded girls, and having onboard other coaches who uphold my efforts and knowledge. My goal will forever be to educate, inspire, and transform the female body. I aim to educate others around training and nutrition, by simplifying the process without forgoing the 1%.

My Passions.

 
 

Education.

I am a huge advocate for education. I believe that all my clients should be able to run through their sessions having a full understanding of the importance of each element from rep tempo to rest periods. It is easy to instruct ‘HOW’ but I believe the ‘WHY’ is critical to client growth and overall success.

Structure.

Without structure the plan breaks down. I am a huge believer that all programs and training regimes need to maintain and follow a set structure to create consistent training patterns. I aim to provide my clients with a structured training and meal plan that '‘PAVES’ the way to ‘SUCCESS’, ultimately allowing them to reach their goals.

Hard Work.

As the saying goes “You get what you work for, not what you wish for”. Hard work builds character and there is nothing I love more than seeing my clients ‘GROW’ (Literally get jacked). My clients get results on purpose, they visualise their goals, follow a plan and execute. Hard work will ensure you succeed on purpose.
